Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, His Excellency Mr. Rashid Meredov, participated in the opening ceremony of the Exhibition, held by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the occasion of the Turkmen Diplomatic Workers Day, which is annually celebrated on 18th of February. Also, this opening ceremony was attended by Mr. Berdiniyaz Matiyev, Mr. Wepa Hajiyev and Ms. Mahri Bashimova, Deputy Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, a number of senior officials of the Turkmen government, dignitaries, members of the Diplomatic missions, accredited in Turkmenistan, as well as students of the Institute of International relations.

he Embassy of the State of Qatar in Turkmenistan participated in the tournament organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, on the occasion of the Day of the diplomatic workers of Turkmenistan in the Olympic City. The Embassy achieved third place in the football championship. The winners of the tournament were honored.

Friday, on 17 of February 2023, at the Headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, His Excellency Mr. Hamad bin Rashid Al-ATHBA, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Turkmenistan, met with Mr. Yazmyrat Danatarov, Deputy Minister of the Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan.

Thursday, on 16 of February 2023, at the Headquarters of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan, His Excellency Mr. Hamad bin Rashid Al-ATHBA, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Turkmenistan, met with Mr. Allanur Altyev, Minister of the Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan.

​ On 14 February 2023, The Embassy of the State of Qatar in Turkmenistan celebrated the country's Sports Day, by organizing matches in football, basketball, table tennis and running, which were held in the Olympic City in Ashgabat. Embassy staff and employees of the Olympic City participated in these events.
