On Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at the Headquarters of the Parliament of Turkmenistan, His Excellency Mr. Hamad bin Rashid Al-ATHBA, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Turkmenistan, met with Her Excellency, Mrs. Dunyagozel GULMANOVA, Chairman of the Parliament. Issues of cooperation between the two friendly countries and ways of developing were discussed during the meeting.

​ On Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at the Headquarters of the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan, His Excellency Mr. Hamad bin Rashid Al-ATHBA, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Turkmenistan, met with His Excellency, Mr. Merettagan Taganov, Minister of Justice of Turkmenistan. Issues of cooperation between the two friendly countries and ways of supporting and developing were discussed during the meeting. ​

​ On June 13, 2023 His Excellency Mr. Hamad bin Rashid Al-ATHBA, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Turkmenistan, visited the Headquarters of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Turkmenistan to extend His deepest condolences and sympathy to families of the victims of the forest fires that occurred in Abai region of the friendly Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as to express wishes for speedy recovery to the injured. ​

On Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at the Office of the administration of the Mufti of Turkmenistan, His Excellency Mr. Hamad bin Rashid Al-ATHBA, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Turkmenistan, met with His Excellency, Mr. Yalkap Hojakuliyev, Mufti of Turkmenistan. Issues of cooperation between the two friendly countries and ways of supporting and developing were discussed during the meeting.

On Monday, June 05, 2023 at the Headquarters of the Embassy of the State of Qatar to Turkmenistan, His Excellency Mr. Hamad bin Rashid Al-ATHBA, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Turkmenistan, met with His Excellency, Mr. Ivan Volynkin, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Turkmenistan. Issues of cooperation between the two countries and ways of developing were discussed during the meeting.

On Thursday, June 01, 2023, His Excellency Mr. Hamad bin Rashid Al-ATHBA, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Turkmenistan, attended the opening ceremony of the new headquarters of the OSCE Representative to Turkmenistan. The opening ceremony was also attended by HE Mr. Vepa Hajiyev, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Mrs. Helga Schmid, Secretary General of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, Head of the OSCE Representative Office in Turkmenistan, and a number of senior officials of the Turkmen government, heads and members of diplomatic missions and International organizations accredited in Turkmenistan and local media.

On Monday, 15 May 2023 at the Headquarters of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Turkmenistan, His Excellency Mr. Hamad bin Rashid Al-ATHBA, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Turkmenistan, met with His Excellency, Mr. Akmaljon Kuchkarov, Ambassador of the Uzbekistan to Turkmenistan. Issues of cooperation between the two friendly countries and ways of supporting and developing were discussed during the meeting.

On Friday, 12 May 2023 at the Headquarters of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Turkmenistan, His Excellency Mr. Hamad bin Rashid Al-ATHBA, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Turkmenistan, met with His Excellency, Mr. Hasan Sultan uglu Zeynalov, Ambassador of the Azerbaijan to Turkmenistan. Issues of cooper ation between the two friendly countries and ways of supporting and developing were discussed during the meeting.

The Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar and Turkmenistan held a round of political consultations on Thursday in the capital of Turkmenistan, Ashgabat. The Qatari side was chaired by HE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi, while the Turkmen side was chaired by HE Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Matiyev Berdyniyaz. During the round of political consultations, bilateral cooperation relations were re-viewed, in addition to a number of issues of common concern. ​

On Tuesday, May 2nd, 2023, at the Headquarters of the Cabinet Ministry of Turkmenistan, His Excellency Mr. Hamad bin Rashid Al-ATHBA, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Turkmenistan, met with Her Excellency, Mrs. Mahrijemal Mammedova, Deputy Chairman of Cabinet Ministry of Turkmenistan. The meeting was also attended by Mr. Ghanem bin Abdullah AL-REMAIHI, Third Secretary at the Embassy. Issues of cooperation between two friendly countries and ways of strengthening and developing were discussed during the meeting.
