On 15 October 2025, His Excellency Mr. Amer bin Ali Al-SHAHRI, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Turkmenistan, hosted a dinner in honor of the completion of diplomatic mission of His Excellency Mr. Hamad bin Rashid Al-ATHBA, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Turkmenistan. The event was attended by Ambassadors of Gulf and other Arab countries accredited in Turkmenistan.

On 14 October 2025, The Embassy of the State of Qatar in Ashgabat organized a farewell ceremony marking the conclusion of the mission of His Excellency Mr. Hamad bin Rashid Al-ATHBA, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Turkmenistan.

On 07 October 2025, at the Headquarters of the Parliament of Turkmenistan, His Excellency Mr. Hamad bin Rashid Al-ATHBA, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Turkmenistan, met with Her Excellency, Mrs. Dunyagozel GULMANOVA, Chairman of the Parliament.

On 01 October 2025, at the Headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, His Excellency Mr. Hamad bin Rashid Al-ATHBA, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Turkmenistan, met with Mr. Serdar Muhammetdurdiyev, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

On 5 May 2025, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the National Red Crescent Society of the State of Qatar and the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan, attended by HE Ebrahim Hashim AL-SADA, Deputy President of National Red Crescent Society of the State of Qatar and Mrs. Maral Achilova, Chairperson of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan.

HE Dr. Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser AL MISNAD, Minister of State for International Cooperation met HE Mrs. Oguljahan Atabayeva, Vice President for Medical Activities of the "Gurbanguly Berdimuhammedov" Charity Fund for Providing Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship.
