It gives me great pleasure to welcome you all on the website of the Embassy of the State of Qatar to Turkmenistan.

This website covers a wealth of information about the State of Qatar, in addition to the services provided by the Embassy for all citizens, residents, and visitors to the State of Qatar, as well as the bilateral relations between our two friendly countries.

I would like to express my felicity and pride as an Ambassador for my country to Turkmenistan, which has a longstanding and profound brotherly relationship with the State of Qatar. With the help and will of God; I will tirelessly endeavour to deepen the friendship and mutual cooperation between the two States, and to realize the basis of shared objectives towards meeting the aspirations of the people and states of the two friendly countries.

Eventually, and in behalf of the members of the mission colleagues, I would like to reflect my thanks and appreciation to the visitors of the Embassy of the State of Qatar to Turkmenistan website, in the hope that it serves as a resource of learning about the role and activities of the Embassy, as well as further enhancing the services provided to the nationals of the State, imploring God’s Almighty to the well-being and interest of our beloved country.

Date of Birth: Born on 10 June 1968.

Academic Qualification

  • Bachelor of management information system – business management.
  • Master of political sciences from The Free International University of Moldova.
  • Honorary Doctorate from the Free International University of Moldova

Employment History

  • Joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1991.
  • The Office of His Excellency State Minister of Foreign Affairs – 1992 – 2002.
  • Deputy Staff Director at the Secretariat General of the Gulf Cooperation Council in Riyadh – 2002 – 2012. 
  • Chief of the Human Resources Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Advisor) – 2012 – 2014.
  • Moved to work and established the Embassy of the State of Qatar to Turkmenistan – Ashgabat (Advisor) – 2014 – 2016.
  • Charge D’affaires at the Embassy of the State of Qatar to Bahrain – (Plenipotentiary Minister) – 2016 – 2018.
  • Charge D’affaires at the Embassy of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Moldova – (Plenipotentiary Minister) – 2018 – 2022. Promoted to Ambassador on 1/4/2022.
  • Moved to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Department of Asian Affairs – 1/9/2022.
  • Appointed as an Ambassador Extraordinary; Plenipotentiary to Turkmenistan under the 29th/ 2022 Amiri Decree.
